Our promise

We want you to love your legs in Solemate. If you don't, we make it easy to return or exchange — no games.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns even on opened and tried-on pairs — we just ask that they're in reasonable, resellable condition.

Free size swaps

Wrong size? We'll exchange it for the right one at no extra cost. Just contact us.

How to start a return

Email support@solemate.com with your order number and reason. We'll send simple instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full — at our cost.

Bundles & promotions

Returns apply to bundle and promotional orders too. Buying more never means you lose your right to a refund.
